Returns
Service Spares accepts returns within 30 days of delivery provided the item is unused, uninstalled and in original packaging.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and not installed

The item must be returned in original packaging

The item must be resalable as new
-
Proof of purchase must be provided
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Incorrect Parts Ordered
Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct part is selected before purchasing.
If an incorrect part is ordered, it may be returned within 30 days, provided:

The part has not been installed
-
The packaging is undamaged
-
The item is in new resale condition
Incorrectly ordered items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Electrical Parts
Due to safety regulations, electrical components cannot be returned once installed or connected.
This includes items such as:

control boards
-
heating elements
-
pumps
-
motors
-
electronic modules
Please ensure the correct part is ordered before installation.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Where a fault is confirmed, Service Spares will provide a replacement, refund or store credit in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Installed or used parts
-
Electrical parts that have been installed

Special order or non-stock items
-
Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)
Refund Processing
Once returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied.
We recommend using tracked shipping, as Service Spares is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
